Shipping Policy

Production time

Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships. Embroidered items such as hats and patches can sit at the longer end of that range.

Shipping time and cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location and is added on top of production time. You'll see the available options and prices at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Multiple items

Different products may be made at different facilities, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one package.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
