Refund & Replacement Policy

Every MajKneePain item is printed to order just for you by our production partner. Because nothing is made until you order it, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

Misprints, defects and damage

If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund for that item. To qualify:

• Email chipper57@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a clear photo showing the problem.

You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to. Once your claim is approved, we'll reprint and ship the replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Wrong or missing address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you've paid the new shipping cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first, then email us and we'll help sort it out.

Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, we can only cancel an order if it hasn't started production yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
